A:Any quantity is acceptable for your order.
Q:When will you make the delivery?
A:We can make the delivery within 3-5 working days for the led
modules and 10-12days for the led finished screen according to the
size and quantities of your order.
Q:What technical supports can you offer?
A:We provide all kinds of technology training for free, including
the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our
factory. we can send an engineer team to the country of the
customer to instruct the installation in necessary.
Q:Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A:Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free,
spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED lamp,
IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.
Q: Can you offer a technical support? Since it's my first time....
A:We provide free training for our customer, teach the client how
to set up screens, make configuration of parameters, broadcast the
videos through Nova star and colorlight or Linsn control systems.
Our engineer can directly teach you how to control, or help you to
done if you are really don't know how to control(Our Engineer can
text English, we can saving more time )
