Excel LED has over ten (10) years experiences in providing LED
Screen solutions worldwide. Many companies now offer LED screens,
but few can match Excel’s pedigree. In recent years, the LED screen
market has expanded rapidly, with any number of opportunistic
companies offering screens at sometimes unbelievable prices. Excel
LED are not one of these. Our screens are not "off the shelf"
products; they are carefully researched, designed and produced
in-house to the highest industry standards with ISO specification,
which gives us pride in ourselves and products.
At EXCEL LED, we ensure that the finest engineering is combined
with the very latest and efficient manufacturing techniques,
thereby maximizing value to our customers, This approach is borne
out of Excel‘s long experience in the LED market; having installed
our very first set of full color LED screens over nine (9) years
ago, we have been ceaselessly researching and working with LED
technology ever since, making us one of the most experienced name
in the industry. This knowledge translates into our product design,
with a host of features incorporated to optimize picture quality,
durability and reliability.

Q. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks
depends on the order quantity.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for led screen order?
A: No MOQ, 1pc panel is ok for sample checking.
Q. How do you ship the goods?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline and sea
shipping also optional. If you have your own shipping agent, we can
help and send to their warehouse too
Q. How to proceed an order for led screen?
A: Let us know the size and pixel pitch you wanted and offer us the
site picture as well. Then we can do the solution and
recommendation according to your project. If you want sample
testing, it also ok, but we need charge the sample fee which may
return when the order done. When the sample or the solution is ok,
you can place the deposit so we can arrange the production in
advance.
Q. Is it OK to print my logo on led screen cabinet?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm
the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, usually we offer 2 years warranty for the screen body and 1
year for other spare parts, if want longer warranty years, we can
discuss.
